Regina Nippert, Executive Director
Regina is Incarnation Place's new executive director. Previously Regina served as executive director for the Dallas Faith Communities Coalition and The Budd Center at SMU.
Tierre Berger, Operations Director at The Rose
Tierre Berger has held various leadership positions working in the Roseland community. Tierre is a decorated War Veteran (1990-91 Operation Desert Storm) and has received numerous honors and accolades, including winning the speaking competition at Toastmasters International in 2004. Tierre graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ashford University and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
Lorenzo Brown, Program Consultant
Marva Epperson Brown, Director of Outreach
Marva has been working with Incarnation Place and the Roseland community in one capacity or another since 1995. She became the full-time Director of Outreach in 2011. A trusted advisor and community organizer, she is the key link between the 20 Roseland partners and the residents of Roseland Homes and others in the 75204 zip code where Incarnation Place and its partners provide service. Among her most important duties is to be the liaison between families in crisis and resources to help those families bridge to better situations.
Ronyell Byers, Family Navigator
Ronyell’s primary task as the family navigator at Incarnation Place is to encourage Roseland mothers to enroll their children in local, educationally-oriented childcare and Pre-K 3 and 4 facilities, to significantly improve the early childhood development of all Roseland children, 6 weeks to 5 years, so that they will be ready for school and reading at grade level by third grade.
Toni Venice Lambert, Interim -Assistant Program Director of Operations, The Rose
Toni Venice Lambert, Assistant Program Director of Operations at The Rose, brings 24 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, mental health, and community support. Toni, who was born and raised in Roseland, has discovered a way out and is grateful to be able to contribute to the community that has had a significant impact on her life.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management and Leadership from the University of North Texas, specializing as a Certified Non-Profit Professional and in Substance Abuse Treatment, Toni leads programs that empower children and families to overcome poverty and trauma and build self-advocacy. She is the proud mother of three amazing sons and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters.
